REQUEST A SPECIAL
REPORT: Now you can make a request for a report
by simply filling out a form and faxing it to Micro
Key Software. We will take it from there.
We do charge a fee for special reports but it's much
easier and faster than doing it yourself.

MKMS Validate allows you to validate your database with a
simple point and click tool. This tool should be used prior
to backing up your database and before you upgrade your
software.

If you desire
to process credit cards using your Micro Key software you
will have to apply to CheckFree
for a merchant account. This process can take up to 30
days to complete. Once you have your account set up
with CheckFree
you will need to contact Micro Key Software and schedule an
appointment to have your software setup.
Download the
following forms and follow the checklist and instructions to
get started. Be sure to review all documents and contact Micro
Key on your intentions of using this service before submitting your application to
CheckFree.
You will need a 56KB modem (US
Robotics recommended by CheckFree) attached to the computer
used to process transactions.

Version 30 is now
available. This version of the software is currently
being used by over 100 central stations and alarm dealers. This upgrade
will require you re-register your software. So please include your
unique ID number(s) of your servers (any server or workstation
containing the database) to Tech Support with your request. You can find
the unique ID number by starting the MKMS Management (data entry) module
on the server(s) and clicking on the security menu and select
registration. The unique ID will be shown.

BETA TESTERS
Micro Key Software is always
looking for Beta Testers. It will be your responsibility to
ensure the software is working according to specifications.
You will be taking on an important role in the development of
our product so you must be someone who is willing to truly
test the product. In some cases you will be asked to run the
new release in conjunction with your production system,
which will require some double entry to compare results. If
you are interested in becoming a Micro Key Beta Tester
contact Micro Key via email or by phone. In order to become
a beta tester you must be a current support customer and using
Millennium Products.
Pay-As-You-Go
Product Support - Users of Micro Key Software products
are encouraged to maintain an annual support contract. The
contract entitles the user to product updates (found on this
page) and access to timely responses to telephone, e-mail,
and fax requests. If you do not have a support contract, you
will be required to complete this form and fax it to Micro
Key prior to securing tech support. Click on the link above
to display and print the required form. Complete the form
and fax it to Micro Key Software. The number is provided on
the form. You will be contacted by Micro Key once the form
has been processed by accounting and a time slot opens in
tech support. More information about the Micro Key
Pay-As-You-Go program may be found on the form itself. Read
it carefully.
